However even in these group sessions, the unique aspect is that I build a yoga plan customised for each participant in the group.

So someone with neck and back problems will follow a certain regimen, while someone in class for PCOD problems or diabetes will practice different yoga asanas. As the weeks build up, they will see not only their bodies tone up, their flexibility improved , but also their specific problem areas receding till they get complete relief from whatever pain or ailment they might be suffering.
