Who Am I

I’m Ritu Malhotra, a Clinical Yoga Therapist and the founder of YOGRITU and Co-founder of Elevare Lifestyle.

With over two decades of devotion to clinical and holistic yoga, I’ve helped thousands across the globe overcome chronic health issues, rebuild immunity, balance hormones, and live pain-free lives by evolving their inner healing.

A certified Hatha Yoga trainer with clinical specialization, I bring science, empathy, and personalization into every session, transforming yoga from a routine into a tool for deep healing.

At 56 years of age, I am living testimony to the power of yoga.

YOGRITU classes practice the centuries old Hatha Yoga form but have been customised for your modern day lifestyle. YOGRITU classes are group classes but each class has a customised Yoga plan for each student. YOGRITU classes take the best of Hatha yoga and lead you to a healthy life that is customised towards mindfulness, peace and happiness.

At YOGRITU, we don’t just focus on fitness—we heal the body and mind in totality.

  • We address physical pains from head to toe, relieving any unexplained discomfort. Our sessions activate all cells, nerves, and joints, easing stiffness and improving overall mobility.

  • We also work on internal health issues like PCOD, Thyroid, Hypertension, Diabetes, Kidney or Liver issues, Hormonal imbalances, Autoimmune conditions, High Cholesterol, Digestive disorders, Respiratory problems, and Menopause-related concerns.
