I have been part of a yoga series and have been featured in eminent newspapers and magazines.

Yoga, for me is not just a form of exercise or training. It is a passion. It is a mission. To help guide you to a more mindful lifestyle, to a better harmony of  body, mind, and soul.

I am eternally indebted to all my yoga gurus and I wanted to give something back to them, to thank them for transforming my life, and  what better way to do this than to teach yoga.  I realized that people are not at ease with themselves, that there is a constant conflict within their spirit , mind and soul, and this conflict shows up as physical ailment or pain. Most yoga trainers, today , don’t familiarize themselves with the true objective of Yoga, which is to free oneself from the bondage and vagaries of the mind, to become more receptive , more seeking, to allow your whole personality to evolve and not just overcome physical ailments.  I wanted to help, encourage and train others to have a better, more mindful lifestyle and be able to understand that we need not endure what we can cure… that’s how YOGRITU came into being .[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”247″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
