I’m kiran
First , I would like to say that I am fortunate to be one of the student at ‘YogRitu’. πŸ§Žβ€β™€οΈ
A big thank you to Ritu πŸ™β£οΈfor being so patient with me. 😁
I have been attending Ritu’s classes since over a year. I must say, I have experienced a great change in my stamina, posture and overall flexibility. I have become more agile and active, also my jawline has shaped well. 😊😊
What is special about her class is that, she customizes the asanas for each of her student. Also, keeps encouraging each one in the group.A lot of stress is laid on pranayams which strengthens the core.
Also, past two and half months under the lock down, I’m attending Ritu’s virtual classes, which is like a regular class, in fact from the comfort of my home, I’m actually getting the same feel and benefit like the one in the studio, as Ritu pays attention to each and every student.
I have recommended many of my friends who have joined too, and are very happy.
