Hi Everyone, I am Niralee Shah and I joined Yogritus online classes 2 months back. Since shifting to Singapore in Jan 2020 I have been looking out for such classes since then and Yogritu came as a blessing to me during the lockdown. I have been gyming and walking to keep myself fit but Yoga has instilled an amazing energy and fitness in me. My age old problem of unbearable menstrual cramps has been solved after doing Yoga for just 1 month and I am more than happy about this. Also my legs being proportionately longer than my torso I could never touch my toes. But it happened after a month of doing yoga.. My body seems much more flexible now and I am loving it!!

As Ritu ma’am at Yogritu says YOGA SE HOGA i too have started believing the same now. Yoga has done all to me that I had desired to earlier. The unique part of Ritu ma’am’s sessions are that they feel like personalised ones though it is a group as she individually advises each one of us on how to move forward. Her pranayams and kriyas additionally have helped during these trying times.
She is a must join for everyone who wishes to remain fit. I am hoping for the online classes to continue for people like me who are abroad and working. Thank you is a very small word but nonetheless my loads of gratitude to Ritu ma’am and Yogritu!
