My name is Mrs Chitra Sunil Chainani residing in Dubai, UAE for the past 26 years. I’ve known Ritu Di through a very dear friend in Dubai and I’ve been with her for almost a year now. For me Di was God sent as the pandemic year 2020 brought along plenty of add-ons to my already existing health issues such as hormonal imbalance, depression due to many near and dear ones suffering from Covid challenges including deaths in the family, menopause challenges, sciatic pain in the right leg due to which the entire right side of my body had become weak and currently I’m suffering from severe static in the palms. I must share that though Di was long distance, the care and comfort gave me so much energy which helped me face all the challenges with a peaceful approach step by step each day. The Pranayams she had taught in class are so magical that each pranayama gave me mental peace to think clearly and the smile after every session with Di give me energy to get through my daily routine. The challenges of not being able to sit cross legged, weight loss which I was struggling with for over 2 years plus magically began in just about a year of joining class whereby now via inch loss I feel a lot lighter and my right leg which used to be weak is now on the road to recovery with Di’s planned asanas each day. As a person Di is very compassionate kind considerate selfless and a loving person always ready to listen and motivate. Her magic mantra “YOGA SAI HAUGA” is buried in m head and I’m sure she will excel in curing many selflessly and shall always be showered with blessings unconditionally. I strongly recommend all to join her classes and help your spirits get lifted by maintaining good health. Di thank you for being a part of my life when my life was in a turmoil and helping me to stand on my feet I’m ever so grateful to you may God always be with you and look after you and keep you blessed.
