This post is in full gratitude to my teacher Ritu Ma’am. I remember the first call I made to her in Oct last year lamenting about my back ache. Which at the time seemed to overtake my life. All she said in a calming and reassuring way was ‘yoga se hoga’. Initially the asanas seemed so simple and I wasn’t able to understand how come it was working😅. After doing a course on Vipassana meditation I could truly understand how cleverly ma’am puts together the asanas to address specific energy blockages. Also how everything is connected-digestion, back ache mental clarity all addressed through comprehensive asanas. Today I’m strong and more importantly my mind can focus on more important things rather than my aches😊 So sooo thankful to you ma’am. 🙏 Excited to continue this beautiful journey with your guidance.
