Before you are enrolled in any session, I personally conduct an in-depth consultation with you. This isn’t just about understanding your body’s external pains or stiffness — it’s about uncovering what's happening inside: from internal organ dysfunctions to emotional and mental imbalances like anxiety, depression, or disturbed sleep patterns.

This comprehensive information is then processed to create a fully customized yoga plan — even if you’ve been practicing yoga for 10 years, you begin as a fresher here. Why? Because at Yogritu, we don’t generalize healing. We personalize it.

What Is Hatha Yoga?

At Yogritu, our foundation lies in the wisdom of Hatha Yoga — an ancient form of yoga practiced by the early Hatha yogis who sought not fitness, but oneness with the universe and the self.

They discovered that through specific body postures and movements (asanas), we unlock energy channels and awaken psychic centers. But Hatha Yoga was never just about the body — it was a path.

Clinical Yoga: A Bespoke Healing System

Having attended multiple yoga workshops and advanced trainings, I began to curate the most effective combinations of asanas, mudras, pranayama and chakra work — building what I call the ‘clinical or chikitsik’ yoga system. This is not one-size-fits-all yoga.

Each Yogritu class is customized based on:

  • External pains: Back pain, knee issues, frozen shoulder

  • Internal imbalances: PCOD, thyroid, digestion, migraines

  • Emotional challenges: Anxiety, stress, insomnia

Some conditions may improve in days. Others require consistent, long-term focus. Whatever the path — your yoga plan is tailored, reviewed, and refined regularly.
