As I attended various yoga programs and workshops over the years, I gradually began creating my own unique combinations of asanas, chakras, and mudras—picking the best from each approach. Through this personal journey, I discovered that yoga must be clinical—chikitsik. It cannot be generalized. Every individual has a different body, different issues, and therefore, needs a different path.

Each Yogritu class is customized based on:

  • External pains: Pain from head to toe—whether it's back pain, knee issues, frozen shoulder, or any discomfort anywhere in your body.

  • Internal issues: PCOD, Thyroid, Hypertension, Diabetes, Kidney or Liver issues, Hormonal imbalances, Autoimmune issues, Cholesterol, Digestion, Respiratory, and Menopause issues.

  • Postpartum Recovery and Prenatal Yoga tailored to each trimester of pregnancy.

  • Emotional Challenges: Managing anxiety, relieving stress, and improving sleep quality.

  • Anti-aging aspects of yoga: Facial yoga activates hidden muscles, softening wrinkles, marionette lines, nasolabial folds, and crow’s feet to enhance and restore a naturally youthful place. Eye exercises also are a part of the program which are the need of the hour.

  • Lymphatic Drainage Massage: Often ignored, your lymph needs care, drainage massage detoxifies and restores a healthy glow. Boosts circulation, reduces puffiness, decreases swelling and inflammation from the body and gives support to our immune system.

Some issues show improvement within a week or two, while others require consistent dedication over time. That's why we follow a daily, weekly, and monthly progress structure, so each student evolves at their own pace.

Constant Chakra Work: The Heart of Yogritu

At Yogritu, chakra awakening is not a side practice — it is woven into every class, every breath, every posture.

The human body holds seven primary chakras, or energy centers, aligned along the spine — from the root (Muladhara) to the crown (Sahasrara). When these chakras are blocked, it can manifest as physical illness, emotional imbalance, or mental unrest. When balanced, they unlock vitality, clarity, confidence, and deep inner peace.

In every live online session, we subtly and consistently work on:

🔴 Root Chakra (Muladhara) – for stability, grounding, and fearlessness
🟠 Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana) – for emotional health and hormonal balance
🟡 Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – for digestion, metabolism, and personal power
